1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to high order volume, holidays, or operational issues, customers will be notified.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

Estimated delivery time:

Metros: 3–5 business days
Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, festivals, or other logistical factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or order amount thresholds.
  • Charges for express or priority shipping (if available) will be calculated during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate.

We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not reachable
  • Customer refusing to accept the parcel
  • Door closed / premises locked

If the package is returned due to these reasons:

  • Reshipping charges will apply, OR
  • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (if applicable).

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier service issues.

  • If your package is delayed, we will assist in contacting the courier partner.
  • If the order is marked as lost by the courier company, we will provide a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

You must provide:
✅ A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
✅ Photos of the damaged product/package
✅ Order ID and details

We will review the case and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
