Returns & Refunds Policy

At Melaolor, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
  • The product received is missing parts/accessories.
  • The item is not as shown on the website.

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I don’t like the product,” or incorrect size selection (unless we sent the wrong size).

2. Time Frame for Return Requests

You must raise a return or refund request within:

48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt).
  • Accompanied by unboxing video proof (mandatory).

Unboxing video requirement:
A clear video from the beginning of the package being opened—without cuts—is required as proof for damaged or wrong products.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Items without unboxing video proof.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Discounted sale items or special offers (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Products used, altered, or tampered with.
  • Orders with incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or UPI/bank transfer (as applicable).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
  • If a refund delay occurs due to bank/payment gateway processing times, we will assist you.

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
  • Replacement will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1–2 hours of placing it, provided it is not shipped yet.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is from our side (defective, damaged, wrong product):
    ✅ We will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the issue is from customer’s side (wrong address, not reachable, refused delivery):
    ❌ Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
